| Nvidia has released the specification for the announced
RIVA128 ( ZX / DVD ) successor RIVA TNT. You can read it on a RIVA TNT webpage from the Hardware Club. As you can read in the actual magazine cīt it is expected that the chip is released at the end of the year. It remains to be seen how the performance is in relation to the Voodoo2 and if the rumors in the web about the performance of the TNT are correct. Letīs hope that the coming generation of 3D chips does not sacrifice stability for performance. The actual Voodoo2 hardware test in the cīt shows that some manufactorers take more care about performance than on stability. |

| The lawsuit alleges that NVIDIA's RIVA family of
processors, which are used to accelerate 3D graphics on personal computers, infringe U.S.

| 01.04.98 NV3 Tweak 2.5 - Declaration |
| The version of NV3 Tweak you can find on some webpages
is NOT a Nvidia release but an illegal spread version that is taken out of the Beta2 driver package. This tool is like the beta2 Drivers not released by Nvidia. It doesnīt work correct with the Erazor and other OEM drivers (because of the registry path). It is a very early version and doesnīt have all the features (as beta like the drivers) that the current version has. There will be a "correct" freeware version available soon that will also work perfekt with the Erazor drivers and will also have the new features (including gamma).
