This is a "synthetic" benchmark by MadOnion.com:

3DMark 2000 - 16Bit colordepth

Memory clockspeed determines the results. Memory size doesn't seem to have any influence at all, though.

3DMark 2000 - 32Bit colordepth

At resolutions below 1024x786 we see the same picture as before. However, once we get to 1280x1024 the 64 benefits from the extra memory.

More Detailed results at 1024x786-16bit:

The greatest difference is between the fillrates of the different cards, which is directly linked to memory bandwidth and therefor to memory clockspeed.
